A US ride-share company asked Three Circle to build its complete ride-share platform: a rider app, a driver app, an admin dashboard and the company website. Both apps are built in Flutter and are live on the App Store and Google Play.
| Client | US ride-share company (name kept confidential) |
| Industry | Transportation and ride-sharing |
| Location | USA |
| Services | Rider app, driver app, admin dashboard, website |
| Technology | Flutter (iOS and Android) |
| Status | Live on the App Store and Google Play |
The challenge
A ride-share business needs several products that work together: an app for passengers to book rides, an app for drivers to accept and complete them, a dashboard for the team to run operations, and a website that explains the service to riders and new drivers. The company needed all of them delivered by one team and launched on both iPhone and Android.
The solution
We built the rider and driver apps in Flutter, so each app runs on iPhone and Android from one codebase. This kept development faster and made every update reach both platforms at the same time. Alongside the apps we built the admin dashboard and the company website.
- Rider app: riders book trips from their phone.
- Driver app: drivers receive, accept and complete rides.
- Admin dashboard: the team manages riders, drivers and trips in one place.
- Website: explains the service to riders and drivers and links to the apps.
- App store launch: both apps published on the App Store and Google Play.
Results
- A complete ride-share platform delivered by one team: two apps, a dashboard and a website.
- Rider and driver apps live on the App Store and Google Play.
- One Flutter codebase per app for iPhone and Android, which keeps updates simple.
