Helping Women and Children in Poverty Inc (HWCIP) is a US non-profit based in Lathrop, California, with the mission “Together We End The Poverty”. It runs programs for children’s education, clean water, food distribution, medical care, winter clothing and disaster relief. Three Circle designed and built the organization’s website, and we support its SEO, outreach and maintenance.

The goal
A non-profit website has three jobs: explain the mission, show the impact and make it easy to give or get involved. HWCIP needed a site where supporters can donate online in a few clicks, sign up to volunteer and follow upcoming events and campaigns.
What we built
- Online donations with “Donate Now” buttons across the site and secure card payments through Stripe.
- Program pages for education, clean water, food, medical care, winter clothes and disaster relief, including Northern California and the South.
- Volunteer sign-up form with role preference, availability and emergency contact details.
- Upcoming events listing for drives and community events.
- Who We Helped, Gallery and Our Team pages that show the people behind the work.
- Newsletter sign-up to keep supporters updated.
SEO, marketing and ongoing support
Our work did not stop at launch. We set up the on-page SEO foundations (page titles, descriptions, headings and clean page structure), support the client’s marketing, and maintain the website with WordPress, theme and plugin updates, backups, security checks and content changes when they need them.
